We may offer agonists, antagonists, modulators and other bioactive small molecules for target identification and validation; in neuroscience translational research and therapeutic treatments for human diseases.
Although broad theoretical frameworks for the mechanisms of induced neurobiological and behavioral changes have been recently posited, empirical tests and refinements are needed. Our goals are to identify the key neuroplastic adaptations that signal symptom improvements and to design effective therapies for the future.
